The complex is not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances that resulted in the termination of hotel services, power supply, and/or water supply.
In case of non-compliance with the above rules by the guest, the administration has the right to evict the guest without refunding the cost of paid services.

In case of damage/loss of the Mountain Resort's property by a guest, the damage caused is subject to compensation by that person in the amount of its value established by the administration, including the costs of purchase, transportation, and installation.
