Resort Policies

Archazor Mountain Resort operates 24/7. Check-in requires presentation of a passport for each guest checking in.

In case of premature departure of a guest from the mountain resort, the administration does not refund the paid but unused amount.

Operating Hours

Children up to 5 years old can stay free of charge without an extra bed.

Extra beds are provided for an additional fee.

All rooms and bungalows in the hotel are double occupancy. According to the Mountain Resort's rules, the number of guests accommodated should not exceed the number of beds provided.

Accommodation

If the room is not vacated after 6:00 PM, the guest will be charged 100% of the daily room rate.

Check-in time for all guests is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is possible for 50% of the room rate for 1 night (subject to availability).

If a guest cancels a room after check-in, the money paid is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

In case of full or partial cancellation by the CLIENT less than 3 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the accommodation cost will be withheld. In case of full or partial cancellation by the CLIENT 36 hours before arrival, the payment is non-refundable.

Following the rules of our resort, please do not enter the hotel restaurant and bar in swimwear.

Room service is available from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with a 20% service charge and a delivery fee.

Hotel rooms and bungalows have a mini-bar with a selection of products. The mini-bar is not included in the accommodation price and is paid separately.

Additional services from the service staff are provided for an additional fee.

Dining

Entry to the restaurant and bar with outside food and alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

Free cancellation of orders is possible within the first 5 minutes after the order is placed by the waiter.

Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan located on your room door.

When using heated floors, it is forbidden to sleep on the floor.

According to Fire Safety Regulations, the use of personal heating devices in hotel rooms and bungalows is prohibited.

Fire Safety

For smoking, each room and floor has a balcony.

Hotel rooms are equipped with fire detectors. According to fire safety regulations, smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, including in all rooms.

The electrical voltage in the network throughout the territory of the Mountain Resort is 220 volts.

The hotel also provides laundry and ironing services for an additional fee.

Cleaning

Unscheduled room cleaning and/or linen change is charged separately.

During your stay at the Mountain Resort, garbage removal from rooms is provided daily. Scheduled cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done once every 3 days.

Items not claimed by guests within 1 month will be disposed of.

All rooms are equipped with safes. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings left unattended in the room and on the territory of the Mountain Resort.

In case of finding forgotten items, the administration undertakes to notify the owner using the phone number provided in the guest form.

Safes

Archazor Mountain Resort has free parking.

Archazor Mountain Resort is not responsible for the safety of property in the car and possible damage caused by guests using the parking.

Parking

Staying in the hotel without registration is a violation of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Visitors

According to the safety rules of the Mountain Resort, visitors coming to hotel guests and staying on the territory of the Mountain Resort after 9:00 PM must be registered with the administrator of the reception and accommodation department.

Towels inside the SPA center are provided free of charge at the SPA reception.

SPA center services (outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna, hammam, steam room, gym) are included in the accommodation price.

Entry with outside food and drinks is not allowed on the territory of the SPA center.

Massage services are provided by appointment and are paid separately.

SPA Center

Entry to the SPA center is allowed only in swimwear.

The SPA center's operating hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The complex is not responsible in case of force majeure circumstances that resulted in the termination of hotel services, power supply, and/or water supply.

In case of non-compliance with the above rules by the guest, the administration has the right to evict the guest without refunding the cost of paid services.

In case of damage/loss of the Mountain Resort's property by a guest, the damage caused is subject to compensation by that person in the amount of its value established by the administration, including the costs of purchase, transportation, and installation.

According to internal rules, it is prohibited to disturb the peace of other guests from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
